Radar

Two of the most common speed/distance measuring devices used today on agricultural equipment is Radar and GPS.   DICKEY-john has been a pioneer in the development of radar for agricultural use starting more than 25 years ago. The iSpeed GPS-based sensor was introduced in 2004 as an alternative to Radar. 

All of the major tractor manufacturers and monitor manufacturers have adopted the radar technology but alas, almost everyone also chose a unique connector for their radar connections!   This has made radar inter-connection between tractors and monitors a most complicated process.
